Language Rights

When you choose a doctor, an occupational therapist, a dentist or a chiropractor who offers services in French, you are supporting the use of French. It’s your choice!

But what about your language rights when you request services in French at a federal of provincial government service counter? When you are not happy with the services you receive, services you are entitled, it’s important to say so.

It’s your choice and your right! But if you don’t take the time to file a complaint, no one will know.
